Limited Lifetime Warranty
Breaking a rod is never a good experience, one we try to avoid, but from time to time it does happen. We at FishStyx Custom Rods want to get you back in action as quickly as possible.
The Right Thing Policy: We at FishStyx always want to do the “right thing” for our customers. In order to make that happen, we offer a one time, no questions asked, rod replacement for the original owner for the first three (3) months. This policy is valid only for the first three months from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the broken rod must be returned along with proof of purchase (or a warranty registration card must be on file with FishStyx). Simply return the broken rod along with the shipping expense and your rod will be replaced as soon as possible. No other expense is incurred by the rod owner.
Should any FishStyx Rod break after the “Right Thing” policy period has ended, and the break is determined to be a manufactures defect, FishStyx will replace the rod at no cost, only the shipping fee would be owed.

All rods are offered with a Lifetime Warranty for manufacturer defects, to the original purchaser. The following apply if the break is NOT judged to be a defect.

Failure to submit the required documents, fees and broken rod will result in a delay in processing.
Note:
Should your model have been discontinued, it will be replaced with the closest alternative available. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Purchaser must have a proof of purchase or have submitted a Warranty Card indicating date of purchase.
